By making a purchase on Hermanas Factory, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Product: What we provide

• The products offered on this website are digital files (.DXF, .SVG, .AI, .DWG) designed to be used with CNC Router and laser cutting machines.

• No physical product will be shipped.

2. Delivery

• Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a download link for the file through the registered email.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is entered.

3. Use of Files

•   You may use the purchased files to create physical products for personal use or commercial sale (e.g., furniture, decorations, toys, etc.).
•   It is not permitted to resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files, whether for free or for payment.
•   It is not permitted to modify the files in order to resell them as new digital designs.

4. Returns

• Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds once the file has been delivered.

5. Compatibility:

• The files are designed to be compatible with most CNC and laser cutting software and machines. However, Hermanas Factory does not guarantee full compatibility with all individual programs or devices.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs are the property of Hermanas Factory.
• The purchase grants a limited license of use according to these terms, but does not transfer copyright ownership of the design.
